PopiWa Refund Policy

At PopiWa, our priority is that you enjoy your experience on our platform. Since PopiWa is a generally free-to-use social network, our refund policy primarily applies to specific situations where direct payments have been made for additional services or features.
1. Premium Services and Features
If PopiWa offers paid premium services or features in the future (e.g., subscriptions for advanced features, ad removal, etc.), the following refund terms apply:
Trial or Withdrawal Period: If a premium service includes a trial period or a right of withdrawal, this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. During this period, you may request a full refund if the service does not meet your expectations, provided you have not used the service significantly or other specific conditions are met, which will be detailed at the time.
Subscription Cancellation: For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Proportional refunds will not be issued for the remaining time of a paid subscription, unless required by applicable law.
Serious Technical Issues: If you experience serious technical issues that prevent you from using a premium service for which you have paid, and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused time. Each case will be evaluated individually.
2. Donations
If PopiWa enables a voluntary donation feature to support the platform, please note that donations are generally non-refundable. Donations are voluntary contributions to help maintain and improve PopiWa, and are processed immediately for that purpose.
3. Exceptions
PopiWa reserves the right to grant refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as fraud or billing errors.
